Hotel Fasano Itaim (São Paulo, Brazil) New Opening Spring 2023

Positioned in the city’s bustling Itaim district, this is the second project masterminded by the visionary Grupo Fasano in the city of São Paulo.

Known for redefining luxury hospitality by melding understated cool with subtle but superior service, founder Rogiero Fasano has applied his signature attention to detail to every aspect of this new development.

From the mid-century-inspired library lounge overlooking the ground-floor gardens to the rooftop infinity pool, guests are sure to enjoy themselves.
Striking architecture designed by acclaimed architects Aflalo/Gasperini is combined with sleek interiors and natural textures by Márcio Kogan.

The distinguished Gero fine dining restaurant reflects Fasano´s abiding focus on culinary excellence and a mix of residences, shops and bars will make this destination hotel a hot spot of the future.

Swiss refinement meets the warmth of Texan hospitality in the Harwood District hot-spot

Hôtel Swexan (Dallas, Texas, United States) New Opening Summer 2023

Located in the upbeat Harwood District of Dallas, this 134-room modern classic offers distinctive design, high-energy culinary experiences, and vibrant nightlife.

The 22-story modern structure is the third building in the area by world-renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma who designed the destination with mirrored floor-to-ceiling windows that establish an enriching connection between the architecture and its setting.

Art and design are at the forefront of this new project, as the interior details are inspired by a 19th-century Parisian residence-turned-hotel with hand-carved stone and wooden fireplaces on every floor.

The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, a 75-foot 20th-floor rooftop infinity-edge pool, private meeting and banquet space, a private social club, two grand ballrooms and a signature steakhouse.

Botania Relais & Spa
(Forio d'Ischia, Italy)

Botania Relais & Spa is a third-generation, family-run island resort that has evolved from a simple-but-welcoming holiday home to a luxurious, green sanctuary, conceived with environmental responsibility at its heart.

Ten scattered houses featuring 48 spacious rooms and suites are set within three hectares of parkland, planted with olive trees and citrus groves.

Every experience at the hotel - from organic farming to sustainable materials - is designed to reflect the rhythms of nature. Thoughtful programming includes weekly cooking courses and artisan ceramics classes that gently introduce the culture of the island to visitors.

A perfect retreat for relaxation and renewal, the serene spa and freshwater pools are a peaceful haven between the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean and the island's emerald mountain slopes. This charming refuge is a destination to discover authentic Italian hospitality while basking in Ischia’s natural beauty.

A luxury mountain retreat for adventure and sports enthusiasts

Falkensteiner Kronplatz
(Riscone di Brunico, Italy) New Opening Spring 2023

Inspired by the dramatic South Tyrol mountains, the region’s sporting heritage and the creativity of star designer Matteo Thun, the new 5-star Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz is the hot spot for active guests and offers unique Alpine adventures, with its very own Falkensteiner Experience Concierge.

The family-friendly hotel has 97 light-flooded rooms and suites, whilst the hotel’s restaurant, 7Summit, serves a slow food culinary concept using traditional, regional cuisine from the South Tyrol with specialties from countries with the highest peaks in the world.

In the 15,000 SqFt Acquapura Mountain SPA, guests can find time to relax after strenuous mountainous activities.

A menu of signature rituals and treatments are inspired by the four mountain elements and striking views of the Kronplatz can be spied from the rooftop pool.

A splendidly restored gem in London’s theatreland

L’oscar
(London, UK)

Located in the heart of historic Holborn, L'oscar is an architectural gem inspired by turn-of-the-century decadence and London’s dandiest playwright.

Built in 1903 as the headquarters of the Baptist church, the hotel's iconic Baroque design, complete with original stained-glass windows, ornately plastered ceilings and oak paneling, has been splendidly restored to its original glory.

The hotel’s resurrection was a six-year labor of love, led by French designer Jacques Garcia, the creator behind La Mamounia and La Reserve Paris.

In addition to the jewel-toned L’oscar restaurant, this Summer will see an extraordinary new dining experience introduced in the Chapel.

With elegant, gilded décor, low lighting and silk screens embroidered with lustrous peacock feathers, L'oscar showcases theatrical style at its finest, offering an escape to a world of sophistication and refinement in one of London's most storied neighborhoods.

A renovated urban retreat offering sensational design, wellness and culinary offerings

VINHA Boutique Hotel
(Porto, Portugal)

Posed on a 3.5-hectare estate with lush gardens and riverfront views, this recently renovated 16th-century manor is a luxurious urban retreat in a quiet part of Vila Nova da Gaia.

Just minutes from Porto on the left bank of the Douro River, this 38-room hotel promises the perfect blend of city and nature experiences.

Traditional Portuguese cuisine is crafted by two Michelin Star Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa and an array of wellness treatments are available at the only Sisley Spa in Northern Portugal.

The hotel's architecture and design combine historic and contemporary elements: dark glossy wood, monochrome prints, slick black glass and retro-style furniture are paired with antiques, collectables and chinoiseries from the owners' travels.

The main, historic manor house has been meticulously converted and attached to a new wing, featuring clean contemporary lines that echo the elegant slopes of the Douro vineyards.
