Wischermann Atelier has been a preferred management strategic partner of Leading Hotels since 2022.

In collaboration with Sygnus, the leading alternative investment management company in the Caribbean, they jointly announced that Jamaica’s Mammee Bay development was accepted as a member of Leading Hotels in June 2022.

Together, the partnership combines LHW’s global infrastructure of sales, marketing, and distribution, with Wischermann Atelier’s refined operational expertise to help owners realize their vision and achieve their financial objectives.

Their future plans underscore a commitment to creating authentic travel experiences, introducing resorts rooted in innovation, with an independent spirit and designed to celebrate the culture of each destination.

“We see our role as facilitators of delight, discovery and enrichment. By using our legacy knowledge of exceptional service, we strive to create highly-bespoke, guest-centered experiences that have deep respect for each individual place and destination,” said Paul Wischermann, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wischermann Atelier.

Leading Hotels has a portfolio of more than 400 distinct, luxury properties across 80 countries. The brand delivers premiere sales, marketing, distribution, and other strategic support to empower hotels to stay independent.

“The strategic development of our member Mammee Bay is a strong example of the value we will deliver to independent hotels with Wischermann Atelier,” said Chris Walker, Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer at The Leading Hotels of the World.

“We look forward to future collaboration that leverages Leading Hotels’ standards of excellence and global sales, marketing and distribution expertise along with Wischermann Atelier development expertise and management solution.”

Both companies are dedicated to supporting independent luxury hotels and are actively seeking opportunities in key markets within the Americas.
