Worldhotels adds new Bilbao property to global portfolio

WORLDHOTELS, the global hotel group of independent hotels, has added the Hotel Ercilla, Bilbao, to its portfolio of 500-plus properties.
The 325-room four-star Hotel Ercilla is situated in the heart of Bilbao, ten minutes from the city’s international airport, and close to the world-renowned Guggenheim Museum. The rooms and suites at the Ercilla have been refurbished during the past year, and the property has 12 meeting rooms (which can be arranged into no fewer than 31 combinations) all within easy reach of the Euskalduna Congress Centre. The Ercilla has two restaurants, a bar, a health and fitness centre which includes a steambath, Jacuzzi, solarium, and sauna, and its own discotheque.
The move comes after WORLDHOTELS added the 27-room Embarcadero in January. Both hotels are members of the Ercilla Hotels group.
