With more than two decades of international luxury hospitality experience, Iyad brings a deep passion for service excellence, a global perspective, and a thoughtful leadership style to the non-gaming, non-smoking oasis on the Las Vegas Strip.

Iyad began his career with Four Seasons in 2002 at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. While originally pursuing a career in accounting, he quickly discovered a love for hospitality that has shaped his journey ever since.

His tenure with the brand includes key roles across the Middle East and the United States, encompassing positions at the former Four Seasons Hotel Damascus, Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, and the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. Most recently, Iyad served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, with a recent task force assignment at the iconic Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel.

In his new role, Iyad is focused on upholding Four Seasons renowned brand standards and fostering excellence across all areas of the guest and employee experience.
