Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World (LRW) announced a brand new concept for the Club, providing Members with a "resort within a resort" experience with enhanced services and amenities in its most popular destinations. The Company's first of several enclaves in resorts worldwide is Cielos Palmillas in Los Cabos, Mexico at the world-renowned Palmilla Resort.
The new custom-designed Cielos Palmillas residences are located in a Quintess, LRW enclave in a private gated community within the Palmilla Resort. The enclave will provide Members with at least 12 four-bedroom, free-standing luxury homes, each with its own expansive terrace with pool and built-in spa, set into the hillside with incredible views of the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course and the Sea of Cortez. The first four homes will be available in January 2008, with the additional homes opening throughout the year.

Members will continue to receive preferred access to remarkable amenities, such as Club Ninety Six, recognized as the finest private beach club in Mexico, and the neighboring five-star One&Only Palmilla, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World; both of which are an easy walk or golf-cart drive from the enclave. A new Espiritu Wellness Center is also being added in 2008/2009. As part of the new concept, Quintess, LRW will expand the offerings of resort living for Members by creating a new set of privileges through Quintess Enclave Services (QES), which include Club transportation both for airport transfers and about town, a Club Welcome Center, and dedicated and expanded staff of Quintess, LRW Destination Hosts and personal shoppers to secure a wide range of activities, provide runner services, as well as arrange personal chefs to prepare any meal.
