Joy, Love, Feminity and Boldness are the symbols of the
splendid colour of the two rosé wines from the champagne House Alexandre Bonnet. Rosé des Riceys or Champagne Noir Rosé Extra Brut… these two Rosé are celebrated in prestigious establishments such as the “Cave of Joel Robuchon” and “Les Vergers de la Madeleine” in Paris. Passionately elaborated by the winemaker Alain Pailley, these 100% Pinot Noir rosé wines reveal the privacy of long years spent in the cellar of the historical property based in the village of Les Riceys.

Two prestigious “Rosé” resulting from a unique know-how
Historically recognized for its initiatives on “plot by plot” work and for its research based on a better expression of the terroirs and the soils of Riceys, Alexandre Bonnet celebrates Pinot Noir in its Rosé version. Its vines on steep slopes constitute the heart of its estate
property in particular those located on the “La Forêt” area with full southern exposure on a kimmeridgian soil. Its pinot noir grapes have the reputation to give structure, roundness and a long finish to delightful wines. Resulting entirely from estate Pinot Noir grapes, these rosé wines benefit from a careful ageing in Burgundian barrels.

A rare and exceptional Rosé des Riceys
This confidential appellation produces unique wines with exceptional tasting qualities. Produced in a very limited quantity, the Rosé des Riceys from Alexandre Bonnet benefits from an historical know-how secretly kept by his wine maker. Since decades, the tradition of the House is to propose a wine whose quality improves appreciably with ageing. For this reason Alexandre Bonnet markets it after 4 years of ageing at least in his cellars.

A champagne Rosé Extra-Brut resulting from a unique know-how
Noir Rosé Extra Brut benefited from the most attentive care and a rare know-how. The low yields from vines located on steep slopes cultivated since 1960 with respect to environmental issues, give a unique maturity to this Noir Rosé Extra Brut. The structure, the long finish and the natural elegance of this non-dosage champagne rosé reveal the typical minerality of the best Pinot Noir grapes in Champagne.
