History
The house where we constructed the Hotel over it, is dated at the end of the XIXth century, the owner was the famuous manager of the " Flours Factory " (Enríquez) in Medina de Rioseco, located in a privileged place, opposite to the Channel of Castile, and consequently to the factory of flours.
Because of its location and the original name of the town, "City of the Almirants ", we decided to patent the name "
The Almirants ". We keep the original things of the house like: Books dated from the 19th century and the XXth, pieces of sculptures of the above mentioned centuries (totally documented and dated), as well as historical documentation which will be exposed in the museum of the Hotel.
Environment
Medina de Rioseco "Almirants City", it’s one of the most monumental towns in the field land.
Because of its monuments as: de Santa María de Mediavilla church, Gothic and Renaissance, the amazing Benavente´s chapel and its valuable Parochial Museum. Santiago´s church, dated in 1533. Santa Cruz´s church which is nowadays the Holy Week Museum. It´s San Pedro church, San Francisco Convent, Concepcion of San Jose Convent & Castilviejo hermitage.
People can walk across its artistic streets, standing out its main road, and it’s Romanesque doors: Ajujar, San Sebastian, Zamora. One of the most important engineer construction of the XVIIth century “channel water” and in its shore the flour manufacture, which is a museum too. Medina de Rioseco has one of the most important international Holy Week, because of its antique and Rich heritage.

Medina de Rioseco´s Holy Week was declared National Tourism Interest and International Holy Week
Because of its antiquity and tradition goes back to five centuries. Promoted by three historical confraternities, Side Cross, Loneliness and Passion, which preserve a rich documentation of its past.
El Canal de Castilla (Water channel)
Fields´s Channel, and its north branch, was created because of an illustrated dream from 18th century to provide to the central area of Spain a "sea port ". Rioseco turns into a fluvial extraordinary port, where arrived and leaved a lot of kinds of goods, fundamentally cereal. In 1955 it was definitively closed to navigate, though it supported and it supports its usefulness for the field’s irrigation, sports practice and tourism tour.

Theatre
It is a great building projected according with the traditional model of Italian theatres, which took old construction of the previous Convent. It consists on armchairs court and three levels. In 1859 it opens its doors and closed it one century later. In the eighties it has been faithfully rehabilitated.
Allocation
Medina de Rioseco, it’s the natural capital of the Field Land and allocated just 40 kilometers far from the Capital of Valladolid and 23 from Valladolid International airport.

The restaurant is opened to have breakfast hours and to have dinner from 21.00pm hours to 00.00am hours. It will be closed every Sunday night.
Art Gallery/ Museum
We exposed rehabilitated antique pieces proceeding from the former owner of the Flours factory. Museum has natural light, proceeding from the “Tierra Restaurant”. The above mentioned space is orientated to offer art exhibitions from young artists who want to expose their pieces of art in a privileged location.
