New Culinary Experiences with Chef Matt Costello (United States)

Chef Matt Costello is known for advocating sustainability. He pays close attention to the seasons and uses fresh, local ingredients, including what the island natives called Rockwell beans, recently featured in Pacific Northwest Magazine. With The Inn's new culinary packages, allow Chef Costello to introduce you to food producers at the local farmers market and pick ingredients for your fabulous dinner with South Whidbey Grown, or experience the viewpoints of two different Island chefs, Matt Costello and Prima Bistro's Sieb Jurriaans, with Culinary Langley.

To take full advantage of The Inn at Langley's new culinary experiences, the restaurant is now serving dinner on Thursdays through the end of the summer, in addition to the Friday - Sunday schedule.
