Resorts and Hotels Across Florida Embrace Intelity's ICE (United States)

Hotels and resorts throughout Florida are welcoming Intelity's Interactive Customer Experience(TM) (ICE) with open arms. From Tallahassee's newest downtown boutique hotel, Hotel Duval, to Ft. Myer's all-suite resort with a breathtaking Gulf of Mexico view, DiamondHead Beach Resort, luxury properties from north to south are offering guests the latest in customer service technology. In Florida's top family destination, Orlando, a world-class guest experience is also possible with Intelity's ICE at The Westin Imagine Hotel, located minutes from famous attractions.

Beyond the in-room compendium components, Intelity's ICE schedules activities, including spa treatments and dinner reservations, arranges services, such as room service and valet, and allows users to customize their language preference so all guests benefit from this solution, no matter what country they call home.

Allowing the hotel to efficiently manage its staff, Intelity's ICE also offers a backend monitoring system, ICE Control System (ICS). ICS tracks resort activity, staff efficiency and its own return on investment. Intelity's ICE solution is available to properties in four forms, ICE Touch, features an in-room touchscreen computer system, ICE Connect, utilizes personal laptops or other in-room computers, ICE Mobile, operates on smartphones and ICE Lobby, available to guests in the lobby of the hotel. Each version of ICE includes the same front-end and back-end capabilities.
