(NASDAQ: MHGC) (“MHG”) today named Brian Jones Senior Vice President of Sales, effective immediately. Jones will oversee Morgans’ sales initiatives and strategy for Morgans Hotel Group. Jones joins Morgans from Zina International, a full service integrated marketing consultancy. Prior to that, Jones was Vice President of Global Sales for Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts. Fred Kleisner, Chief Executive Officer of Morgans Hotel Group said, “Brian’s comprehensive and international experience will be invaluable to us as we refine our sales strategy to adapt to the ever-changing marketplace and expand Morgans both in the United States and internationally.”
