Mexico’s leading all-inclusive resorts earn recognition for outstanding guest satisfaction, product delivery and overall quality
Four of Barceló Hotels & Resorts’ all-inclusive properties in Mexico have received the 2010 Quality Assurance Award by MLT Vacations, one of the largest and most respected vacation wholesale companies in the U.S. This highly coveted award was granted to Barceló Costa Cancun in Cancun, Mexico; Barceló Karmina Palace Deluxe in Manzanillo, Mexico; and Barceló Maya Palace Deluxe and Barceló Maya Tropical and Colonial, both in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
MLT’s Quality Assurance Award recognizes a select group of hotels that achieve scores of 99 percent or higher in both customer satisfaction and delivery of product performance. The awards were presented at a ceremony in St. Paul, Minn., on September 12, 2010.
