Islands magazine ranked the best cruises based on unique island itineraries focused on local culture from recommendations from editors, contributors, local experts and readers. The 312-guest Wind Surf's Rome to Rome sailing departs May 15, 2011, with cruise rates from $2,499 per person, double occupancy. Wind Spirit sails a similar 7-day Rome to Rome itinerary departing October 1, 2011, with cruise rates from $2,899 per person, double occupancy.
