The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts (NYSE:HOT) launches The Cocktail Collection with renowned mixologist and recently-appointed Global Explorer, Greg Seider. The Cocktail Collection is a compilation of 38 inventive libations inspired by the indigenous flavors of the world’s most fascinating and desirable destinations and created expressly for The Luxury Collection.

Designed to provide a sensory journey, Seider’s transporting creations like, ‘Pinakona Coco’ (inspired by Hawaii), ‘The Raymi’ (inspired by Peru), ‘Tears of Chios’ (inspired by Greece) and the ‘Mandarin Sidecar’ (inspired by China) will be served selectively at The Luxury Collection’s more than 75 properties in more than 30 countries.

Paying homage to the brand’s rich history is the signature ‘The Last Cocktail’, which will have a special place on every hotel’s bar menu around the world. A tribute to The Luxury Collection’s Italian heritage, the spicy and aromatic cocktail combines hints of dusted clove, Italian juniper berries, the flavors of fresh pear and rosemary, and the crisp bubbles of locally-produced Prosecco to provide both an olfactory and palate-pleasing voyage to the Tuscan countryside.

“By harnessing the highest quality ingredients from each location and drawing from its traditions, these creations – and the stories behind them – effectively evoke a sense of place with each sip,” said Greg Seider. “It has been a distinct pleasure researching and developing the recipes that appear in The Cocktail Collection. I hope that through these infusions of unique and rare ingredients, guests experience the flavors and distinct personalities of each Luxury Collection destination through taste.”

Greg Seider, The Luxury Collection’s newest Global Explorer, has been creating some of the world’s most inspired cocktails for more than a decade. Most known for his ingenuity, Seider has curated beverage programs for such culinary and nightlife institutions as The Mercer Kitchen, Asia de Cuba, Minetta Tavern and The Box. At his recently opened Summit Bar in New York City, the cocktail cognoscente implements a “Ground to Glass” principle of excellence, according to which only seasonal ingredients are incorporated into his mixtures.

Greg Seider joins Andrea Fazzari, an award-winning, world-renowned photographer, as The Luxury Collection’s second Global Explorer. The Global Explorer program celebrates the vibrancy of the world’s most enchanting travel destinations through the eyes of the world’s foremost innovators.
