Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide today announced the opening of Hilton Haikou Meilan as the first Hilton Hotels & Resorts property in Haikou city, Hainan Province, China. The resort features 453 spacious and stylish ocean and garden view guest rooms, including 29 elegant suites ranging from 38 to 506 square meters.

Situated on the beautiful beachfront in the Meilian District of east Haikou, Hilton Haikou Meilan is easily accessible, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The resort is eight kilometers from downtown Haikou and 15 kilometers from Haikou Meilan International Airport and Haikou Eastern High Speed Railway Station, which provides easy access to nearby cities, such as Wenchang and Sanya, making the hotel an ideal choice for both business and leisure guests.
Hilton Haikou Melian offers six exquisite food and beverage outlets featuring an authentic interpretation of Western, Asian and Chinese cuisines. Guests can start the day with both local and global favourites at the all-day restaurant, Plantation.
