CostaBaja Resort & Marina had much to celebrate over the Holidays as they launched their exciting Phase II with two new residential neighborhoods. The 550-acre CostaBaja Resort, being developed by Parque Reforma, Mexico's leading construction and development firm, is located on a white-sand beach on the shores of the Sea of Cortez, a ten-minute drive from downtown La Paz, capital of Baja Sur California, Mexico and ninety miles north of Los Cabos.
CostaBaja is already the most impressive resort in La Paz with a 250 slip state-of-the-art marina, the lively marina village, a contemporary Fiesta Inn, and three sold-out residential developments (Villas de Playa, Condos de Playa and the Pueblo Marina condos), many of which are occupied.
