Six Senses Resorts & Spas has been selected as a finalist in the Global Tourism Business Category of the Tourism for Tomorrow Awards 2008, being the only finalist to be nominated for the second consecutive year in this category.
The other finalists for the 2008 awards are Scandic Hotels, and Serena Hotels and Lodges. The winner will be announced at the renowned Global Travel & Tourism Summit in Dubai on 21 April 2008.
The Tourism for Tomorrow Awards, endorsed by the World Travel & Tourism Council, is recognized as one of the most prestigious environmental awards in the tourism and hospitality industry. Over 150 high quality applications from more than 40 countries enter the awards, with only 12 finalists in four categories being selected.
