YOU DON'T LIKE THE OCEAN! Visitors who hate the water will not find the chic designs and calming look and feel of this ocean-inspired property relaxing.
Wyland's mission is dedicated to preserving the world's oceans, waterways, and marine life and through this hotel, his guests will have a greater awareness and appreciation of the element covering 70 percent of the world.
Guests who can't stand anything related to the ocean may not appreciate the lobby's unique 400-gallon cylindrical aquarium of exotic fish and cascading water wall or the other water elements scattered throughout the property.
YOU CAN'T STAND FREEBIES! The Wyland Waikiki offers many free amenities that are complimentary for hotel guests. Visitors that detest having free local and long distance calls to the U.S., Canada, and neighbor islands, free WiFi high speed Internet access, surf board storage, use of the
business center with two 24" iMac computers and printer, and access to the "Chill Room" featuring Xbox game systems and iJoy massage chairs will hate all the extra money they'll be saving on their Hawaii vacation.
YOU HATE ART! Guests with no appreciation for art will not enjoy the Wyland Waikiki experience. Stepping on to the property, you are immersed in the hip, modern vibe and the hotel's synthesis of ocean, land, modern architecture, and technology. More then $4 million in original Wyland art is
featured throughout the hotel including brush art, watercolors and oils, photography, 17 murals, and a number of bronze sculptures. You will definitely want to avoid this property if you've never been moved by art or passion.
