Novotel Nathan Road Kowloon Hong Kong, the brand’s landmark 80th property in the Novotel Asia Pacific hotels portfolio, offers an enticing choice of wining and dining options in Hong Kong’s most popular shopping area.
Interactive Dining Experience at The Square . . .
Four live cooking stations ensure the freshest delivery of a selection of tempting food at The Square, the hotel’s all-day dining concept. Chefs will prepare guests’ choice of seafood and fish grilled to order, as well as Indian cuisine from a tandoori oven, noodles from the Asian food station and steaks and other meat cuts from a Western cooking station. There is a strong emphasis on freshness that is highlighted by the range of organic options such as organic fish, meat, fruit, cakes and salads. Meanwhile, a mobile dessert station offers a wide selection of sweet treats, including crepes Suzette, deep-fried ice cream and soufflés.

Tapas treats at Tasca
Those looking to escape the busy streets of Kowloon can relax in the soothing environs of the Tasca Bar, where they can enjoy an Executive Tapas Spa lunch, with an accent on `tasty and healthy’. With a daily changing dozen choices of tapas, the Tapas Spa Executive Lunch includes tapas buffet, a choice of four main courses, complimentary dessert buffet and coffee. Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2.30 pm, and costs HK$188 (Monday to Friday) and HK$148 on weekends and public holidays.
Jazz things up at Tasca Bar
Celebrated local jazz musicians Allen Youngblood and Skip Moy play a variety of laid back tunes between Thursday and Saturday, from 6 to 8:30 pm at Tasca, with the occasional guest appearances from noted jazz singers. Complimentary deluxe snacks and tapas are served to guests in the bar from 6pm to 8:30pm.
