Mr. Tiedt is a hospitality industry veteran with more than 14 years of experience in management as well as sales and marketing. He joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts from the Houston Marriott West Loop by the Galleria where he was Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to that he held management positions with the Sheraton Houston Brookhollow hotel and the Houston Medallion hotel.
"Chad is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with an excellent reputation in the regional market,” said Vicki Denfeld, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Crestline Hotels & Resorts. “We are confident that under Chad’s leadership the sales team at the Hotel Derek will continue to grow its reputation for excellence and customer service,” added Denfeld.
Mr. Tiedt holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College. He is active in the hospitality industry through his involvement with NBTA, HSMAI, MPI and the Hotel Lodging Association.
