Darren Edmonstone, Vice President of Acquisitions &
Development for Outrigger Enterprises Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Panjama Leamsuwan to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing, Outrigger Hotels (Thailand) Limited.
In this newly created position, Ms. Leamsuwan is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for Outrigger Hotels in Thailand, which includes the recently announced West Sands Outrigger Resort,
Phuket, a new luxury 396-room full service hotel being built as part of in an exciting new, mixed use resort at Mai Khao Beach on Phuket's western coast, set to open in early 2010, and the 78-apartment, absolute beachfront Outrigger Serenity Terraces Resort, which opens in early 2009 in Rawai.
Ms. Leamsuwan joins Outrigger from a long career in hospitality that includes her most recent post as Director of Sales & Marketing for Alila Hotels, as well as three years at the internationally acclaimed Trisara,
Phuket. Ms. Leamsuwan's experience also includes key sales and marketing positions at the Layan Beach Resort, Laguna Hotels & Resorts and the Diamond Cliff Resort and Spa.
Prior to beginning her professional career, Ms Leamsuwan obtained a Master of Arts, majoring in Public Relations, from Chulalongkorn University, followed by a Master of Economics from the University of Sydney in Australia.
