Appoints Kristi Miller-Hahne Regional Director of Sales

Kristi Miller-Hahne, a former executive with the Scottsdale, Ariz. Convention and Visitors Bureau, has been appointed Prestige Resorts & Destinations, Ltd.'s Regional Director of Sales, based in Las Vegas. This appointment further demonstrates Prestige's expansion plans of adding outstanding meeting and hospitality career professionals to its company. According to Prestige's Regional Vice President -- Mountain Region Karlene Reed, "It's a pleasure to have Kristi join Prestige to help us provide superior representation and advisory services to hospitality suppliers and meeting management professionals. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with more than 20 years in the hospitality and meeting industries that will be invaluable to our clients."

Since 1996, Miller-Hahne worked at the Scottsdale Convention and Visitors Bureau where she held several positions including convention sales manager, director of sales and services and vice president of sales and services. Miller-Hahne was also director of sales for the Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau for two years. During her career, she worked as national sales manager for The Krisam Group in Chicago, where she booked corporate, association and incentive meetings, and for the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Md. where she began her career in operations and sales.

Miller-Hahne holds a bachelors degree in Tourism Development and Management from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz. and is a long-standing member of MPI.
