Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel is open at Denver – International Airport
Homewood Suites by Hilton®, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property: Homewood Suites Denver – International Airport, Colorado. The 117-suite hotel is owned by Gopalco, Inc. and managed by Highlands Hospitality, Inc.
“We continue to see strong demand in the extended stay hotel segment and feel this property helps to fill a need at the Denver International Airport,” said Sandra Montano, general manager. “Whether traveling for business, for leisure, or with the entire family, at Homewood Suites, guests are made to feel at home with standard amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, complimentary, high-speed wireless Internet access, and separate living and sleeping areas.”
Montano has over nine years of management experience in the hospitality industry and the hotel’s director of sales, Celeste Delahanty has seven years of experience in sales.
Additional guest amenities include a daily complimentary Suite Start® hot breakfast in the hotel’s hospitality center—the “Lodge”—a Welcome Home® reception featuring a complimentary light meal and beverages Monday-Thursday evenings, an executive business center, exercise facilities and a 24-hour on-site pantry. The Homewood Suites Denver – International Airport also has a swimming pool, sports court and 2,000 square feet of divisible meeting space with HDTV’s in every corner, built in LCD projectors, and state of the art audio visual equipment.
The four-story hotel is located at 4210 Airport Way in the Denver International Airport/Gateway Business Park, close to numerous office buildings and industrial parks. Major nearby corporations include Prologis, Subaru, Serta and Raytheon. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver - International Airport is close to over 30 restaurants and the Northfield Shopping Mall.
