Mövenpick Hotel Zürich-Regensdorf has undergone extensive renovations in the recent months. Sporting a splendid new look, the 4-star superior business hotel is now fully geared to the needs of sophisticated business guests.
With a view to the UEFA EURO 2008, during which all referees of the tournament stayed at the hotel in Regensdorf, the renovation works were begun by upgrading all rooms. A new design concept with architectonic finesse and warm colours now makes for a feel-good atmosphere in the 150 non-smoking rooms, all of which not only have high-speed Internet access but allow guests to regulate the temperature individually. The Premium-Deluxe floor was also redesigned and is now equipped with additional amenities such as Nespresso coffee machines.
The highlight of the newly refurbished hotel is the seminar area “Meeting Place” with its harmonious colour design: nine seminar rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology are now available with a capacity of between 2 and 120 persons. Adjacent to the seminar area, the “Meet and Relax” event room, which can be used for any type of function, is characterised by idyllic light design, lively colours and a spacious show kitchen. This new concept is based on a philosophy which is unique in the greater Zurich area. In addition to these features, the hotel’s conference facilities still feature the Convention Centre which accommodates up to 1,200 visitors. This area will be modernised in the course of 2009.

Situated in an excellent location, Mövenpick Hotel Zürich-Regensdorf is close to Zürich Airport (free shuttle service available), Messe Zürich, as well as the Hallenstadion, and even the city centre is only a 15-minute drive away. Hotel guests can still enjoy culinary delights in the Mövenpick Hotel Restaurant and delectable Italian specialities in Restaurant “Ciao”. The hotel’s range of gastronomic entertainment is completed with the “Swing Swing” hotel bar. Through a direct passage, guests can access the 3,000 sqm large wellness centre of Migros-Fitnesspark. For those who love variety in their sporty activities, there is, in addition, the local recreation area and a 6/18-hole golf course. Last but not least, a shopping centre with more than 50 retail shops is situated right next to the hotel.
