The newest hotel in Dubai has opened its doors to guests. The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai, developed and managed by Emaar Hospitality Group, assures a luxury hotel experience defined by its location in the heart of Dubai, tangible guest benefits, and superior service standards.
At 306 meters in height, the 63-storey hotel is the first and flagship property of The Address Hotels + Resorts. The contemporary hotel is located at the centre of one of the most prestigious square kilometres on the planet -- Downtown Burj Dubai.

The new hospitality brand focuses on a 'one size fits one' strategy where benefits to guests are priority. All check-ins are processed at the airport lounge, in the limousine en route to the hotel or in-room upon arrival. Other features include complimentary wireless internet throughout the hotel and selected 24-hour restaurants. Guests opting to stay in suites or executive rooms can enjoy the privilege of a complete 24-hour stay.
The 196 rooms and suites feature lifestyle amenities such as large flat screen television and iPod docking station. The eight dining options include the upbeat Chinese restaurant, Hukama, and the 63rd floor panoramic sky lounge, Neos.
The Spa at The Address features nine treatment rooms; steam rooms, saunas and ice cellar and offers treatments designed by world-renowned ESPA. The fitness centre and the five-tiered infinity pool open to views of Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building. The hotel's ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms and has floor-to-ceiling windows; it can accommodate up to 550 guests.
The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai is located in close proximity to The Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations, and approximately 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
