One of the nation's largest independent owners and operators of full-service hotels, today announced that the company will release third-quarter 2008 financial results on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, before the market opens. At 11 a.m. Eastern time, management will hold a conference call to discuss the results.
The conference call will be hosted by Peter T. Cyrus, interim president and chief executive officer; Jim McGrath, vice president of hotel operations; and James MacLennan, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Stockholders and other interested parties may listen to a simultaneous webcast of the conference call on the Internet by logging onto Lodgian's Web site, www.lodgian.com , or www.streetevents.com, or may call (800) 257-6566, reference number 11121025. Lodgian is one of the largest independent owners and operators of full-service hotels in the United States. The company currently manages a portfolio of 42 hotels with 7,794 rooms located in 23 states and Canada. Of the company's 42-hotel portfolio, 22 are InterContinental Hotels Group brands (Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select and Holiday Inn Express), 12 are Marriott brands (Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott and Residence Inn by Marriott), three are Hilton brands, and four are affiliated with three other nationally recognized franchisors. One hotel is an independent, unbranded property, which is currently closed and held for sale.
