The AAA Four-Diamond Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center in Branson, Missouri, is offering three new meeting packages, including a unique “Stress Free” meeting package that incorporates a Stress Relief Seminar. The other new packages at the resort, which features an impressive setting on an Ozark mountaintop overlooking scenic Table Rock Lake, include the “WiiTM Meet” package, and the “Chateau Executive Meeting Package.” The 301-room resort boasts one of Missouri’s largest convention centers, with 43,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, and the ability to host groups of 10 to 3,000. The resort is a consistent recipient of the meetings industry’s highest honors, having recently captured Meetings & Conventions magazine’s highly coveted “Gold Key Award” for 2008, and Association Meetings magazine’s prestigious “Inner Circle Award” for 2008.
The “Stress Free” meeting package includes: a “Healthy Start” buffet with yogurts, sliced fruit, berries, hard boiled eggs, juices, and coffee; all-day refreshment service; a deli luncheon buffet with soup, salad, deli meats and cheeses to make sandwiches, and a selection of desserts; and a spa break featuring crisp vegetables with ranch dip, as well as tuna salad and herb cream cheese-stuffed Roma tomatoes. In addition, the package includes a Stress Relief Seminar conducted by a Spa Chateau therapist who will teach the group various stress management techniques, such as meditation, massage and stretching. Available through December 20, 2009 to groups with at least 10 people, the package is $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and this fee includes room rental, refresh fees, the projection support package, and use of a white board.
The “WiiTM Meet” package includes a “WiiTM Break” for the group with use of a 50” plasma TV and a Nintendo® WiiTM console with your choice of interactive bowling, fishing or golf for up to 2 hours. In addition, the package includes: an impressive breakfast buffet; all-day refreshment service; a “Streets of Philadelphia” lunch with soup, salads, Chef’s Hometown Cheese Steak, Italian Hoagie, Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cake, and Chocolate Brownies; and a “Snack Cake Break” with Hostess Twinkies©, Ho Hos©, Ding Dongs©, and Fruit Pies©. Available through December 20, 2009, the package is $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and this fee includes room rental, refresh fees, projection support package, and use of a white board.
The “Chateau Executive Meeting Package” includes: a Chateau Continental Breakfast Buffet; all-day refreshment service; the deli luncheon buffet; and a “Cookies and Brownies Break.” Available through December 20, 2009, the package is $59 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and this fee includes room rental, refresh fees, projection support package, and use of a white board.
