Luxury accommodation at Jimbaran Puri Bali will be taken to new heights in April 2009, when the boutique resort opens 22 idyllic thatched villas, each with their own large swimming pool.
Situated on one of the best beaches in Bali, the 42 room Jimbaran Puri Bali will be unveiling 19 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom villas. Each villa is set amidst a traditional Balinese garden and courtyard ensuring absolute privacy with a luxurious private swimming pool, which can be up to 9 x 4.5 metres in size, and a shady teakwood deck where rejuvenating spa treatments can be arranged.
Furnished in traditional Balinese materials, the villas will feature indoor and outdoor showers, elegant bathtubs carved from black stone, flat screen televisions, DVD players and an Ipod dock. There is also an over-sized Balinese style day-bed, where guests can relax outside and look out over the trickling pool and the colourful tropical gardens.
Villa guests will have a dedicated butler for the duration of their stay and complimentary laundry for the first day. They will also be offered a complimentary welcome minibar, afternoon high tea each day and one 20 minute jet lag massage per person at the Beach Spa. For those wishing to keep in touch with the outside world, there is also free access to wireless internet.
Furthermore, guests will be able to use Jimbaran Puri Bali’s other facilities including the private beach, the swimming pool, the Puri Bar and the Nelayan restaurant, where locally caught fish and seafood as well as French Mediterranean dishes are served. The Beach Spa offers a range of indulgent spa experiences, and features three Balinese-inspired terraces (known as bales) with enough space for two people to experience spa treatments together.
The pool villas are priced from US$738 (from £496*) per room per night. To celebrate the opening, Jimbaran Puri Bali has a special Launch Offer, which is valid for reservations made before 31st March 2009 – when staying three nights, guests are offered a complimentary fourth night, and when staying seven nights, guests are offered three additional nights complimentary.
Jimbaran Puri Bali is a luxury resort with a simple, unpretentious and supremely romantic style. Individual luxury cottages and villas with private gardens, promise the joys of seclusion, beside the soft white sands of Jimbaran Bay. The resort’s sister hotel, Ubud Hanging Gardens, is only a 90 minute drive away, situated adjacent to steep rice terraces with sweeping views across the Ayung river. Ubud Hanging Gardens has 38 villas, which are all constructed in contemporary Balinese style on gravity defying wooden pillars, with its accommodation, restaurants, pool and spa cascading down the hillside to the valley floor below, which is reached by a unique private funicular.
