Joseph F. Smith, President of Alliance Hospitality Management, LLC today announced the opening of a new 103 room Cambria Suites Hotel at the Raleigh-Durham Airport. The hotel is located at 300 Airgate Road, Morrisville, NC 27560, one-quarter of a mile from the Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU). The hotel is located in the growing Research Triangle Park area where major companies; Glaxo-Smith-Kline, Lenovo Computers and Tekelec are located.
Cambria Suites is a new, all-suite, select-service hotel brand from worldwide lodging franchisor Choice Hotels International (NYSE:CHH). The hotel features a stylish design that is more intimate than traditional hotel decor and guestrooms that are 25 percent larger than standard hotel rooms. The new facility offers the latest in technology from a large-screen television in the open, airy two-story lobby to two flat-screen LCD televisions, CD/DVD player, and MP3 jacks in the guest suites and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property. Amenities at the Cambria Suites hotel will include; a dining area serving breakfast and dinner, full service bar, coffee barista bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center with resort-style indoor pool and spa and a 24-7 convenience store filled with healthy, organic and traditional fare. The hotel is locally owned by Carolina Hotels and Resorts.
