The Peninsula Hong Kong proudly presents Salon de Ning, an innovative lounge and bar concept that will open its doors on 6th December 2008. Inspired by the life of Shanghai socialite, Madame Ning, this stunning new venue reflects the glamour and style of 1930s Shanghai – the "Paris of the East".
Musical entertainment is available every Monday to Saturday when you can relax to the sound of Soulmates, our resident band, or dance to a DJ's spins. Four themed rooms are available for private parties, each with their own flair, from Africa to Switzerland and beyond.
Salon de Ning offers a range of signature cocktails, including the "Ning Sling" and Asian-inspired light fare. An exclusive rosé Champagne has also been created for Salon de Ning by Deutz of France.
