JW Marriott Medan has announced the new appointed Director of Marketing, Nenden Rukasah. Her new role approach to JW Marriott Medan brand pillars clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of JW Marriott core values as a global hospitality leader, especially at a time when the company is building momentum in the region, continues its market growth national and internationally.
Nenden Rukasah brought with International Chain Hotel Industry for over 15 years, and has held progressive positions in global five star properties under Starwood Hotels & Resorts such as Le Meredien, Sheraton Media, Jakarta as well other hotel like Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, Indonesia. Her serving in a variety of sales & marketing roles including establishing Public Relation Department, Revenue Management, Reservation Department, Sales and Event Department for the brand and coordinating sales participation in a full nationwide schedule of industry shows and events covered International market include Middle East, Europe and Australia.
Nenden Rukasah committed to the JW Marriott in the Medan region for her full responsibilities in Sales & Marketing include strategic planning and involved in overseeing the hotel's communications and marketing programme, which included all advertising, promotions, sponsorships, events, database marketing, media relationships and activities as well as ensuring that JW Marriott Medan brand dimensions are consistently reinforced throughout the local Medan, National and Asia Pacific.
Nenden Rukasah holds a degree from University of California, Riverside and Master of International Business Administration and Master of Business Administration, major in Marketing from West Coast University Los Angeles, California.
