Revel in the enticing festive treats at Orchard Hotel as we celebrate the arrival of a joyous New Year!
ORCHARD CAFÉ (Lobby level)
Enjoy a lavish selection of appetising salads, soups, seafood, Western and Asian cuisines from favourites like Alaskan Sliced Abalone, Pan Fried Braised Veal Cheek, Pan Seared Duck Breast with Grilled Peaches and Teriyaki Glazed Fillet of Cod, as well as Live Cooking Station serving Lobster with Truffle Risotto and Sautéed Wild Mushroom with Herbs. Complete this gourmet meal with irresistible festive delights such as Apple and Rhubard Crumble, Praline Gateaux, Italian Panettone and a variety of Christmas Log Cakes at our Dessert Station.
The New Year’s Eve Buffet Lunch is available from 12:00pm – 2:30pm at $48 per adult and $26 per child, while the New Year’s Eve Gala Buffet Dinner is from 6:00pm – 10:30pm at $88 per adult and $46 per child.
New Year’s Day Brunch is served from 12:00am – 2:30pm and the New Year’s Day Buffet Dinner is from 6:00pm – 10:30pm, both available at $58 per adult and $31 per child.
HUA TING RESTAURANT (Level 2)
Start a brand new year with distinguished Hua Ting Restaurant bringing you fine Cantonese cuisine prepared by award-winning Group Master Chef Chan Kwok and his team of chefs. Indulge in its signature Braised Baby Superior Shark’s Fin with Conpoy and Golden Mushrooms, or enjoy other tantalising dishes like Wok Fried Ramen with live Prawns and Assorted Vegetables, Baked Pork Ribs with Chinese Tea Leaves and many more that will leave a lasting impression on your palate.
Hua Ting New Year’s set menus are available from 11:00am – 2:30pm for Lunch and 6:30pm – 10:30pm for Dinner at $98 or $118 per person (minimum 2 persons).
LA TERRASSE (Level 2)
After many days of feasting, opt for a light and healthy alternative, Porridge Buffet! Delicious dishes such as the famous Braised Pork and Chicken with Fresh Herbs as well as Chilled Prawns and Crabs with Garlic Chilli dip and Fried Dace with Fermented Black Beans, and many other side dishes will complement the popular watery porridge to perfection. Not forgetting our tempting selection of festive treats and traditional desserts to round up this delightful meal on a sweet note!
La Terrasse’s Buffet Dinner is available from 6:30pm – 10:30pm on New Year’s Eve at $80 per adult and $42 per child and Teochew Muay is served from 6:30pm – 12.30am on New Year’s Day at $33 per adult and $19 per child.
On New Year’s Eve, all dinners will receive party hats and festive novelties.
INTERMEZZO BAR (Lobby Level)
An annual medley of booze, music and excitement, the Countdown Party at Intermezzo Bar takes centre stage as we usher in the New Year with a bang! Be immersed in the live band entertainment as you relish unique flavours of our Festive Cocktail Concoctions. Come and join in the fun as Intermezzo Bar opens till 2am!
