Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces today unveiled a new world-class premium hotel in Chennai – Taj Mount Road. Offering the finest of services to the quintessential business traveler, this à la mode hotel from the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces is truly an expression of contemporary styling, designed to make every customer's stay a refreshingly enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in the heart of Chennai, conveniently located on Clubhouse Road, just off Mount Road, Chennai’s business district.
The signature look of Taj Mount Road is a 45,000 sq feet of sheer blue facade that encases seven floors of the hotel. To cater to the needs of today’s cosmopolitan traveler, the hotel offers 220 well-appointed rooms including 16 suites and one elegant presidential suite with the ultra modern facilities to offer that rare experience of style and sophistication.

Design at Taj Mount Road
The refined fusion of elegance, drama and subtlety crafted by Thom Catallo of Mackenzie Designphase Hospitality, creates a space combined with rich texture, and the play of light within the hotel designed to vary the mood from day to night to enhance the experience.
