The Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport Hotel appreciates that in these tough financial times meeting planners are doing all they can to stretch funds to create productive meetings and events. The recently launched meeting incentive, The Big Deal, will help support meeting planners who aim to customize the perfect event for their guests and see a solid and immediate return on investment.
The Big Deal meeting incentive is available for new meetings and events that are booked now through March 31, 2009 and consumed by December 31, 2009. For an event valued at more than $5,000, the planner will receive a $500 Best Buy gift card. Or, if the event spend is $25,000 or greater, the planner can chose among the incentives for an immediate budgetary impact, such as a $1,000 Best Buy gift card, a complimentary meeting room rental, or a 5% credit on the master bill*.
