Mofarrej will be opened to the public. This hotel enjoys a particularly privileged location in the very centre of the Jardins district and has one of the largest and most elegant suites in Latin America as well as the first Elements Spa by Banyan Tree in Brazil, making it a new reference point in quality hotels in São Paulo, the ”financial capital” of Brazil.

After seven months of extensive remodelling work, the hotel is once again opening its doors, this time with a new concept which can be felt in its straight lines, shafts of light, traditional materials and natural woods. The design is modern with a Brazilian touch.
The project was the responsibility of the highly regarded Brazilian architect Patrícia Anastassiadis who sought to impart a new atmosphere to an already existing structure adding “a contemporary feel which was simultaneously warm and welcoming, bringing together sophistication and modernity”. Lounges with open fires and a bar area which is accessed through a cellar in the middle of an existing gazebo are other aspects which “are part of the soul of the Tivoli São Paulo” she explains.
The hotel has a total of 220 rooms and suites. In addition to the imposing Presidential Mofarrej Suite which covers and incredible 750 m2, the hotel also has 16 Collection Suites, 84 Collection Rooms, 115 rooms of 3 different types (18 Executive, 52 Superior and 45 Classic), there are also 2 Superior rooms for disabled guests.
All rooms and suites are fitted with the most recent technological innovations. Decoration is elegant and designed to ensure guests enjoy maximum well-being and comfort. Guests on the Collection floors will also have access to a series of additional services designed to provide further comfort.
