“The Residences at Victoria Golf Club”, a development consisting of 145 luxury apartments is the most recent André Jordan Group condominium in Vilamoura. As of June 2009 it will be operated by Tivoli Hotels & Resorts.
“The Residences at Victoria Golf Club”, are located in front of the new Tivoli Victoria, in Vilamoura, and consist of 72 two-bedroomed and 73 three-bedroomed apartments, distributed over 10 buildings. The condominium has a heated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool, a gymnasium, a children’s playground, parking with direct access to the apartments (via elevator), 2 support bars and 24 hour lobby and reception service. Perfectly blended into the landscape and surrounded by gardens, this condominium has the comfort of home with the service of a hotel.
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is thus stepping into a new area of business by taking on the operation of the privately owned apartments under the brand name of “The Residences at Victoria Golf Club - Managed by Tivoli Hotels & Resorts.” This diversification of business is part of the strategy followed by the chain since 2007, which is based on growing specialization in the operation of hotels and the residential tourism properties within integrated resorts.
