Luxury specialist Crystal Cruises has added the newly-opened Atlantis, The Palm Hotel & Resort in Dubai to its 2009 roster of hotel partners. The optional Crystal Adventures “Classic-Plus” Hotel Program is available following Crystal Symphony’s May 1 Singapore-Dubai cruise, or before the May 17 Dubai-Athens voyage.
Situated on more than a mile of pristine beach on man-made Jumeirah Palm Island, the 1,539-room resort boasts ultra-luxurious accommodations, Dolphin Bay habitat and marine rescue, exclusive shopping opportunities and cuisine from renowned Michelin Star-awarded chefs including Nobu Matsuhisa, whose restaurants Silk Road and The Sushi Bar are also featured on Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. Since its $20 million grand opening celebration in fall 2008, Atlantis, The Palm has been a top attraction for the visitors to the UAE city-state.
“We continually strive to partner with esteemed brands, like Atlantis, that can extend to our guests a luxury service experience – whether they are shipboard or shoreside,” says John Stoll, Crystal’s director of land programs.
The Crystal “Classic Plus” Hotel Program includes:
* One, two or three nights in an Imperial Suite
* Full American breakfast for two, daily
* Personal meet & assist arrangements at the airport
* Private car transfer to and from the hotel, airport and the ship
The Atlantis, The Palm 2009 package is available at $625, $1,120 or $1,615 per person, double occupancy for one-, two- or three-night programs, respectively. Also added to Crystal’s Dubai hotel partners for 2009 is the seven-star Burj Al Arab Hotel, located on mainland Dubai.
Cruise fares for Crystal Symphony’s cruises beginning/ending in Dubai start at $5,920 per person, double occupancy. The May 1 cruise calls in Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, India and Dubai. The May 17 voyage visits Dubai, Oman, Egypt, Jordan and ends in Athens.
