Guests Receive $50 Resort Credit if Weather Dampens Visit

Dedicated to providing the ultimate beach getaway, Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is going to extreme lengths for its guests by providing compensation for inclement weather. The oceanfront resort is re-launching the Guaranteed Sunshine package this summer. While the hope is that it doesnt rain on anyones vacation parade, Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa will serve up a $50 resort credit if there is less than a 50% chance of sunshine (forecasted as 50% chance or greater of rain) during their stay. Available May 21 through September 27, the Guaranteed Sunshine package starts at $279 per night and includes a $50 resort credit, rain or shine.* The resort will base the additional $50 Sunshine Guarantee credit on the forecast from Weather.com, which will be posted at the front desk daily at 8:00 a.m., or guests can request a call to their guest room with the daily weather update.

Resort credits can be redeemed for rejuvenating services at the Spa at Harbor Beach, which boasts 17 private, state-of-the-art treatment rooms. Those looking to get in a workout during stormy weather can visit the fitness center, which recently nearly doubled in size from 2,000 square feet to 3,750 square feet, and features enhanced views of the Atlantic Ocean overlooking the resorts private beach. The new spa kitchen offers a selection of soup, salads, paninis and smoothies for the health conscious.

After being pampered at the spa, guests can indulge at one of the hotels five food and beverage outlets including the local favorite 3030 Ocean restaurant, serving modern American seafood. 3030 Ocean is helmed by executive chef Dean Max and chef de cuisine Paula DaSilva, currently competing on a nationally broadcast reality cooking show.
