118-room Staybridge Suites near the Milwaukee airport has opened, bringing approximately 25 new jobs to the community. The Staybridge Suites Milwaukee Airport South is the area’s first Staybridge Suites hotel, to be followed later this year by two more properties, in downtown Milwaukee and Oconomowoc.

The new all-suite hotel features three well-designed spacious suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites include in-room DVD/CD players; functional, well-lit work stations with ergonomic seating, speaker phones with direct-dial number, personal voice mail and complimentary local phone calls, and fully equipped kitchens.
Consistent with the Staybridge Suites brand, the new property offers exceptional guest amenities including a deluxe complimentary daily breakfast buffet featuring Wolfgang Puck coffee, complimentary guest laundry and workout facilities, a complimentary 24-hour business services center, a guest library with books, games and DVDs for guest use free of charge, and BridgeMart®, the hotel’s 24-hour convenience store stocked with snacks, sundries, beverages and easy-to-prepare meals.
Guests will get comfortable in the hotel’s Great Room during evening "Sundowner” receptions three days a week for complimentary refreshments, light appetizers and conversation. The hotel features the brand’s “Just Like Home Theater” situated in the hotel’s common area complete with a 10 ft. plasma HDTV, surround-sound and comfortable, overstuffed chairs. Guests at the Staybridge Suites Milwaukee Airport South can get Internet connectivity throughout the hotel with complimentary “Wireless Anywhere.”
The new property is located seven miles from General Mitchell International Airport and just minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Business travelers will enjoy easy access to Franklin Industrial Park and Oak Creek Business Park. U.S. Cellular Arena, Marquette University and the Harley Davidson museum are also a short drive away from the hotel. Complimentary airport shuttle service is provided.
