The Bernini Bristol was chosen as the venue for the inaugural dinner for the world preview of the film “Angels & Demons.” The Sony Pictures producers, the director Ron Howard and all the cast, including the stars Tom Hanks and Ewan McGregor together with the author Dan Brown, celebrated on the terrace of the L’Olimpo Restaurant from which they admired the stunning view, and enjoyed a menu based on the novel which went from the “Angels & Demons” cocktail on the terrace to the Vittoria Vetra appetizers, and from the “Shaitan” pasta to the “Robert Langdon” entrée and the “Angels” and “Demons” desserts.
Outside the hotel a crowd of fans waited holding copies of the novel and hoping to get the autograph of their favourite author.
“Angels and Demons” has just been released around the world, and to mark the occasion the Hotel Bernini Bristol in Rome, which features in the film, has a special package which includes visits to the places described in the book.
