Raffles Kuala Lumpur to open in 2011
Raffles Hotels & Resorts announces today the addition of another major capital city in Asia to its ever growing list of destinations around the globe. Raffles Kuala Lumpur, featuring 200 rooms and suites, is slated to open in 2011 and will be located in the Central Business District within Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s world-class and award-winning lifestyle destination.
With guestrooms that occupy a minimum of 50 square metres, Raffles Kuala Lumpur will offer the most spacious rooms in the city, each one exuding the residential charm inherent in all Raffles hotels and resorts. Suites, elegantly designed to captivate the senses, will set a new benchmark for luxury.
Residents can anticipate an exceptional culinary experience at Raffles Kuala Lumpur, as the hotel will offer six exquisite restaurants and bars including a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, a lobby bar, a pool bar and the sophisticated Café Stelle which will be located at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
Café Stelle, with its contemporary design, is an oasis in the Couture Pavilion precinct, where discerning shoppers can take a breather in between purchases at the exclusive Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. It is an Italian all-day dining café featuring seasonal specials and organic and healthy meal options to complement a balanced lifestyle. Italian favourites are prepared and presented in a light and refreshing way, drawing on only the finest and freshest ingredients. Café Stelle opened today and will be a showcase of Raffles service prior to the opening of the hotel in 2011.
