Luxury resort and spa operator Six Senses has announced Six Senses Spa Season 2009 - a defined period between October and December, in which some of the world’s leading wellness practitioners are to offer complimentary sessions for guests visiting the Six Senses Spas at Soneva by Six Senses. Six Senses Spas at the group’s Six Senses Hideaway and Evason branded properties also offer special Spa Season 2009 benefits.
Six Senses Spas hosted at many other prestigious hotels, will offer Spa Season well-being programmes and packages designed to inspire wellness, reduce stress and enrich lifestyles.
At Soneva Fushi and Soneva Gili – both in the Maldives – guests enjoying a 14-night stay will receive 2 complimentary treatments per day – one specialist and one from the a la carte spa menu. Guests can select from specialist visiting practitioners such as highly regarded healer Roger Moore, reiki master Sabine Kauker, naturopaths Dr. Nishant Rao N.D. and Dr. Arin Rao N.D., and wellness sessions with consultants Pascal Veraguth, John D. Chamberlin and Toby Maquire.
At Six Senses Hideaway and Evason, guests staying for 4-nights receive 20% off all spa treatments. Spa Season offers private one-on-one lifestyle consultations with specialist visiting practitioners, health and well-being workshops, signature spa programmes, which include detox, yoga retreats, Thai massage workshops, plus wellness activities such as tai chi, meditation, Chi Ne Tsang and Qi Gong - known for its health and anti-ageing benefits. Take-home advice is provided to assist home-care maintenance.
