Starwood is the first international hotel chain to introduce a dedicated reservation number for customers in Vietnam
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) today announced the launch of a dedicated customer toll free number for Vietnam. Starwood is the first international hotel group to introduce a toll free reservation and enquiry hotline : 1206 5111 for customers in Vietnam. The calls will also be answered by native Vietnamese associates. In conjunction with the launch of the toll free number, Starwood Hotels & Resorts also announces that its newest addition to Vietnam : Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa officially opens its reservation lines today.

Vietnam is amongst the fastest growing nation in Southeast Asia and in the world and has been experiencing strong leisure and business travel within and into the country. The growing demand presents us with tremendous opportunities to better serve the needs of guests here,” said Patricia Neo, Senior Director, Customer Contact Centre for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific. “The launch of the Vietnam customer toll free number is timely too as we build our foundation for our growing portfolio of hotels and resorts in Vietnam,” added Neo.
In conjunction with the launch of the toll free number, Starwood hotels in Vietnam today announce the launch of a special offer. Guests can book their stays at Sheraton hotels in Saigon, Hanoi and Nha Trang from VND 2,065,111 onwards. The special deal is available from today until 7th September by calling the toll free number 12065111 and quoting TOL 111.
Currently, Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts operates 2 Sheraton hotels in Vietnam : Sheraton Hanoi Hotel and Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, and has 3 hotels and resorts under construction : Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa, The Westin Resort & Spa, Cam Ranh and a Starwood hotel in Hoi An.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts currently offer dedicated toll free numbers in various destinations in Asia Pacific, including Australia, Brunei, China, Fiji, Guam, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. The numbers can be found on www.starwoodhotels.com/tollfree. Customers dialing into these toll free numbers are served by staff members in Starwood’s Customer Contact Centers worldwide, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and in over 24 languages. Starwood also recently unveiled its first Customer Contact Center in China this year.
