Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) continues to grow with the announcement of 33 newly-opened franchised properties during the month of November. The openings include hotels in 20 states, including four in Hawaii, and three countries, adding more than 2,500 rooms to the company’s existing 485,000-plus rooms. Select properties that opened in November include:
Le Bourget Aero Suites, an Ascend Collection hotel – Bloomington, Minn.
Mixing high-end amenities with affordable rates, staring from $99 - $29 a night, this upscale boutique hotel is located in the heart of Bloomington, just steps from the Mall of America and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and downtown. With modern luxuries in a charming, European setting, this contemporary and chic hotel feature French-inspired design as well as the Le Bourget Bistro and Lobby Bar, a European-style espresso bar, indoor heated pool, fitness center, 24-hour business center, free high-speed wireless Internet access, and local shuttle service. The hotel’s 160 guest suites are spacious and elegantly-appointed with rich dark-wood furnishings, pillow-top mattresses, oversized work desks, Spanish granite vanities in the baths and large flat-screen TVs. This newly-constructed, all-suites hotel, located less than three miles from Fire Rock Casino and Red Rock State Park, is 100 percent smoke free and pet-friendly. The hotel features free deluxe continental breakfast, free wireless high-speed Internet access, indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, hotel safe, free weekday newspapers and business center, as well as meeting and banquet space. Guest suites offer flat-screen TVs, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, pillow-top mattresses and more.

This newly-built, pet-friendly hotel is just minutes from the Tampa Convention Center, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens Africa and Adventure Island. The hotel offers free deluxe continental breakfast, free wireless high-speed Internet access, outdoor heated pool with sun deck, fitness center, picnic area, free weekday newspapers, and banquet and meeting rooms. This 53-room Clarion Collection hotel is ideally located in a picturesque medieval castle in Blomberg’s city center, nestled among lush forests, gorgeous gardens and parks. The hotel boasts a spa and wellness center with a number of exclusive treatments, two on-site restaurants including Atelier and Kamin, as well as two cocktail lounges named Kamin Halle and Smoker’s Lounge.
