Jonathan Wigley, Chairman of Absolute KBJ Hotel Services India, a company providing hospitality services, consultancy and management announces today a hotel management contract with Sun Group – a premium real estate developer based in Mumbai to develop, launch and manage the Eastin Sun Hotel which will be the first Eastin branded hotel to add in the company’s portfolio for India.
The 120 room Eastin Sun Hotel Pune will be located in the Phase 1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune the largest IT Park and commercial area in Pune with easy access to Mumbai by air and 2-1/2 hours by rail or new expressway. Facilities in the hotel will include a multi cuisine restaurant, bar, gym and meeting/banquet rooms with cutting edge equipment to serve needs of business travelers. The hotel is due to be completed for opening in early 2012.
“Eastin Sun Hotel Pune will be the first Eastin branded management contract in India. We will announce the other two Eastin properties in the next three month. The brand’s target customers are value hunters looking for comfort and convenience at the right price with maximum flexibility that serves the purpose of their visit, whether business or leisure.
