ALTM (Asia Luxury Travel Market, www.altm.com.cn), Asia’s only showcase for the world’s ultimate travel experiences will host more products and services this year as the industry looks to win business from the region’s VIP buyers of exclusive leisure itineraries for their high net worth clients.
>From African game reserves to private villas, global hotel brands to exclusive cruise expeditions, individual boutique properties, and some of the finest services available for vacations around the world, ALTM will be the host for some of the most sought after products.
This year the new exhibitors Las Vegas, Singita Game Reserves, Kempinski Hotels China, Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat, Arabella Starwood Hotels, Shangri-La International Hotels, Coco Collection, The Park Hotels and Antarctica XXI join a further 300 brands and selected products representing 5 star luxury experiences including The Leading Hotels of the World and Silversea Cruises.
“For the first time we have experienced an unprecedented level of requests for VIP Hosted Buyer status. Our restricted qualification process that requires a “by invitation only” approach means that we have already personally approved more than 300 VIP buyers from 18 countries of which over 60 come from Australia, 55 from mainland China and 33 from Japan. This demonstrates the diversity and reach of high net worth individuals seeking exclusive travel and leisure itineraries”, commented Debbie Joslin, Group Exhibition Director of the Luxury Portfolio.
