Pan Pacific Hotels Group apppoints director
online marketing and director resourcing and staffing.

Based in Singapore, Joo Lin will be responsible for the development and implementation of talent acquisition, resourcing strategies and initiatives in support of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s growth plan to expand its hotel portfolio under its Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands in key markets including Greater China, Asia, North America and Oceania.

She will manage the full spectrum of the resourcing function which includes recruitment, selection and employment for the Group’s Corporate Office, Global Sales Offices, Regional Offices, as well as key positions for the Group’s existing and new hotels.

Joo Lin brings over 20 years of international experience to the role. Her last appointment was Regional Director of People Management in China with Kempinski Hotels. In this role, Joo Lin developed and implemented Human Resource policies procedures, a Management Trainee Internship Programme and People Management key performance indicators for Kempinski’s 15 hotels in the region.

Prior to this, Joo Lin had moved through various Human Resource functions within Kempinski Hotels working in China, Geneva and United Arab Emirates.

A Singaporean who embarked on her hospitality career with the Royal Holiday Inn Singapore, Joo Lin has an Executive MBA from REIMS Management School.

Patrick Imbardelli, President and CEO, Pan Pacific Hotels Group. “How we attract talent, develop and retain them is especially important during this time, where we are seeking aggressive growth for our brands and hotels across the world.”


Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Angie Ho as Director Online Marketing.

In this role, Angie will be responsible for the development of online marketing strategy, with particular focus on enhancing our online revenue and marketing platforms across both the Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL brands managed by the Group.

Angie is a digital marketer who boasts over nine years of experience developing communication programmes for brands by engaging customers in the digital environment.

Commencing her career at OgilvyOne Worldwide and then eBay, she has also worked with renowned names in the advertising world such as Batey Ads and Saatchi & Saatchi - developing an outstanding record for brand online marketing, demand and revenue generation and customer relationship management programmes in Asia Pacific.

As Digital Director at Batey Ads, Angie’s portfolio included branding, through-the-line communications and B2B digital marketing for clients such as Lenovo, Qatar Airways, Audi Singapore, Mitsubishi Singapore and BlackBerry Asia Pacific.
