The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is delighted to announce two recent appointments that will strengthen its Sales & Marketing Division. Mr. Gunawan accepted the role of Japanese Business Development Manager while the position of Assistant Marketing Communications Manager has been filled by Ms. Titin Rohayati.
As a Japanese language graduate from a respected academy in Yogyakarta, Gunawan brings with him a wealth of experience. He specialises in sales and account management specifically for the Japanese market. Prior to joining The Westin, Gunawan held a senior role with a leading five-star resort in Nusa Dua, Bali. He also spent time working for one of the biggest Japanese travel agents based in Indonesia.
Gunawan will be responsible to further develop, drive and maintain the The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s thriving Japanese market. He is a dynamic sales professional who fully understands the needs of clients as well as the market demands for both the wholesale and MICE segments. In his capacity as Japanese Business Development Manager, Gunawan will report directly to the Director of Sales.
Another new face is that of Titin Rohayati as Assistant Marketing Communications Manager. Certainly no stranger to the brand, Titin commenced her career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. It was there that she chose to cultivate her skills for three years before joining The Westin. With a diploma from the Interstudi School of Public Relations in Jakarta, Titin will inject an extra dimension of fresh creativity into the department.
