Hosts Rick and Linda Whitlock have travelled extensively around the world and appreciate the meaning of a warm, personal welcome.
Rick is a fifth generation Kiwi with over twenty years experience in the hospitality and tourism industries and has operated many successful food and wine ventures. A passionate cook, Rick loves nothing more than sharing this with others...unless he is on the golf course!
Linda has a real love of travel and the opportunities it offers to make new friends and share experiences. She has had a professional career in executive Recruitment and Town Centre Management but now you'll find her on a bike or kayak enjoying the great outdoors whenever she has the opportunity.
Adventures they have shared include owning and operating an Adventure Mountain Bike and Kayak Tour Company in Noosa, touring Europe for two years in a mobile home complete with motor scooter, bottling champagne with friends in France and looking after a huge variety of pampered pets as 'Animal Aunts' in the UK.
Acacia Cliffs Lodge is the natural culmination of these experiences and offers the perfect opportunity to share good food, wine and conversation in a simply stunning location.
