Today, the Hôtel de Glace opens to the public on a brand new site located at only 10 minutes from downtown Québec City. The 11th season of the Hôtel de Glace is officially launched and will run from January 7th to March 27th

Completely redesigned and adopting the theme of the biodiversity in all its forms, the Hôtel de Glace will welcome its 30 000th guest for an overnight stay and its 600 000th visitor this year. The entrance pavilion with the boutique which has almost tripled its surface and the new Celsius pavilion with the restaurant and the private salon for the overnight guests will certainly enhanced the quality of the services.
Photo contest
From January 13th ‘till February 13th, the public will be invited to send us pictures (concours@hoteldeglace-canada.com) showcasing the beauty of nature. These photos will be broadcasted in the exhibition hall. Each week, a finalist will be nominated by the jury and the winner will win a Nordic Escape Package for two. Grand Opening
Thursday, January 20th at 7 PM will be held the Grand Opening event in the honour of the Hôtel de Glace 2011! This event, which has become a tradition, will offer various musical performances, entertainment, fireworks and other activities designed to entertain people of all ages. Come celebrate with us!
Since 2001, the Hôtel de Glace impresses by its unique character and its magical design. Admire the majestic ice chandelier dominating the hall, go through the exhibition hall or try the popular ice slide. Amongst others, you will have the chance to drink one of our famous cocktails served in an ice glass and spend the night in one of our 36 rooms or theme suites giving access to the outer spas and sauna. Between nature and urbanity, the Hôtel de Glace is a must see attraction to be discovered in family, in couple or between friends this winter!
