Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading U.S.-based hospitality management company, has named Todd M. Felsen general manager for Cheyenne Mountain Resort of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Greg Champion, Benchmark’s chief operating officer, made the announcement.
“We welcome Todd to Benchmark Hospitality and to Cheyenne Mountain Resort,” said Mr. Champion. “He brings important expertise with signature properties to his new role, and is an excellent addition to the leadership team at the resort.”
Todd Felsen was most recently managing director for The Claremont Hotel Club & Spa, located in Berkeley, California. He previously served as vice president for a Florida-based hospitality management company.
Mr. Felsen has held the title of general manager for several luxury hotels and resorts in destinations within Florida and Jamaica. He began his career in the rooms department at major brand properties in Florida, Hawaii and Tennessee, eventually serving as director of rooms.
Mr. Felsen received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami. He is relocating to Colorado Springs with his family.
